First Skate
On October 28, 2010 band members and students gathered in the newly constructed arena to commemorate what we warmly refer to as “The First Skate.” The students of Frog Lake Chief Napeweaw Comprehensive School and Heinsburg Community School were invited to face off against Chief and Council and band employees in a game to commemorate the first time anyone set skates in the newly constructed arena. The students won the game with the final score of 7-6.
