Frog Lake's Procurement Department manages acquisition of the many goods and services required in its regular operations and services to residents. Our procurement activities are guided by a Purchasing and Procurement Policy.
 

We advertise procurement request documents, including request for bids, quotations and proposals.

All potential vendors are encouraged to create or update their profile on bidsandtenders.ca to receive notice of tenders.

This Bids and Tenders e-bidding format simplifies the procurement process by allowing bids to be submitted electronically. Vendors no longer have to come to Frog Lake Administration building to meet a deadline and get a manual time and date stamp for bid submissions.

Vendors who subscribe to Bids and Tenders will receive notice of bid opportunities and submit bids and proposals online.

There Are So Many Different Ways To Pay Your Rates, Taxes, And Fees Online When You Live In Frog Lake:

ONLINE PAYMENTS

You can pay your bills online here or by calling your bank. Please be aware of your banks policies regarding the effective date of payment. Receipts will be issued for payments received through online banking. If you do not receive a receipt via Canada Post, please contact the Town Office. Please be aware of your bank's policies regarding the effective date of payment.

PAY IN PERSON

Pop into Frog Lake Administration Office at General Delivery, Frog Lake, Alberta, T0A 1M0, Canada. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday, between 8:30AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-4:30PM. Interac debit cards, Visa and MasterCard are all accepted as methods of payment.
NOTE: When using VISA or MasterCard, there is a 2.5% charge.

PAY BY MAIL

Send a cheque or money order payable to "Frog Lake" to General Delivery, Frog Lake, Alberta, T0A 1M0, Canada.
Do not mail cash!

Write your roll number or your property address on the cheque and enclose the return portion of your tax bill. Ensure your cheque is accurate - Frog Lake is not responsible for errors and/or omissions.

 

The envelope must be post-marked by Canada Post on or before the due date to avoid late payment penalties.

ELK POINT AIRPORT

The Elk Point Airport is an excellent facility located approximately 8 kms east of Elk Point on secondary highway 646.

Our airport has an asphalt runway of 4492 feet in length and a width of 75 feet with a tie down area. Our terminal building awaits you with a lounge and kitchen facility.

Once inside you will also find a list of services our community provides with names and phone numbers of local motels, restaurants and ground transportation.

Please call our Town Office at 780-724-3810 for assistance between the hours of 8:30 and noon, and 1 to 4:30pm.
